  Sub Zero installed 2 new furnaces at my home 2 years ago and we are very pleased. We went with the variable speed fan which ramps up/down depending on the temperture in the house. The installation was perfect and we've had no problems. I have been working with Sub-Zero for years and I can't say enough about their service, dependability, staff and integrity..

  Customer beware! Had work done recently to fix a commercial overhead heater. Via a commercial inspection of our unit ($120 diagnostic fee), they found a part that needed to be replaced. Was charged $278 for part. I found that I could purchase the OEM part online for $38 from a variety of reliable suppliers. I contacted their office regarding the 7X markup on part cost and was given a line of bull as to why the part was billed out at $278, then told "oh well". I will never use this company again. They also market their company under S & S Mechanical Services and Atco Heating & Cooling. We used and loved Subzero in the past, only to find out the original owner sold-out to this company.
