  Real mixed, the sales people are very nice, honest. We purchased a Toyota Highlander from them. the second set of keys and key fob was locked in a lady's desk. We returned for the keys and she was not there and the keys were still locked in her desk. We have made several calls to have the keys mailed to us, and no keys. We were told this lady arrives on site between 9am - 10am and leaves around 12noon and 1pm. All we want is the keys to the car we purchased.
  
  Gets better twice they said they had mailed the key and fob to our car. When I called today they said it was at the office. I told them that I didn't like being lied to and was screamed at by the manager. He said it was a mistake his salesmen made. I then said, didn't you also tell me it was mailed. He replied, yes. Not only did they lie twice, the Manger attempted to hide he was one of the employees that told me the key had been mailed.
